Background

Randall L. Kryszak, CPA, PFSRandall L. Kryszak, CPA, PFS

Mr. Kryszak is originally from Michigan where he attended Central Michigan University graduating in May 1978 with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation he worked in the metro Detroit area in public accounting and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Moving to Colorado in 1981 he continued in public accounting working with a local CPA firm in Boulder. In 1988 he founded Randall L. Kryszak, CPA, PC.

While providing tax and accounting services for individuals and small businesses, Mr. Kryszak noticed his clients often did not make wise investment decisions or did not receive investment advise that was in their best interest. In an effort to make his services of more value to his clients, investment management services were added. In 2000 Randall L. Kryszak, CPA, PC became a Registered Investment Advisor licensed by the State of Colorado.

Today Mr. Kryszak's firm primarily provides investment management services on a "fee only" basis. Financial planning, tax planning and tax preparation services are also available to clients who are investment management clients. Mr. Kryszak has also earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation of the AICPA.
